The Role
We are seeking a results-driven Social Commerce & Paid Social Media Manager to lead and execute high-performing campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok (including TikTok Shop and affiliate programs), Pinterest, and other emerging social platforms. You will be responsible for driving conversions, growing affiliate partnerships, and managing paid social strategies for a diverse client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, and additional channels as needed, aligning with client objectives such as lead generation, ecommerce sales, and brand awareness.
- Build and manage end-to-end paid social campaigns: audience segmentation, creative briefing, budgeting, optimization, scaling, and performance tracking.
- Develop and execute TikTok Shop affiliate and influencer programs: recruit, onboard, and manage creators, negotiate commission deals, oversee campaign deliverables, and drive product sales through content-led strategies.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop and iterate on data-driven ad concepts, ensuring assets are tailored for each platform and audience.
- Implement and manage tracking tools (e.g., Meta Pixel, Events Manager, TikTok Pixel) to monitor conversion attribution and campaign ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate actionable insights, and report results to clients with a focus on continuous improvement and clear ROI tracking.
- Stay current on platform updates, social commerce trends, and compliance requirements across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels.
- Manage multiple client ad accounts, budgets, and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Support client communications, presenting strategies, results, and testing roadmaps in regular meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, analytics, eCommerce) to maximize campaign impact and align with broader marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in paid social media management, with hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Shop/Affiliates, and other social ad platforms.
- Proven track record of driving conversions and managing high-performing social commerce or affiliate programs, ideally in an agency setting.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in campaign tracking, reporting, and optimization.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with both internal teams and external partners.
- Experience with creative briefing, multivariate testing, and performance-driven content development.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, budgets, and priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Up-to-date knowledge of social commerce trends, platform algorithms, and compliance best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
